“Le Macine” restaurant comes to life inside the skillfully restored ancient oil mill. A majestic manor fireplace opens the room, furnished with style and respect for the context, in which there are many ancient objects and tools, part of the long history of the farm. In the center are located the old millstones of the mill.

The restaurant offers gourmet cuisine that combines tradition and innovation, whose dishes are made with refinement and using the best products made by the Apulian gastronomic excellences.

The indoor salon can accommodate up to 90 seats.
